Dawson County     }  

We Peter Howard as principal Joseph Grogan as security
acknowledge ourselves bound unto the ordinary of said county
for the benefit of bond [?] in the sum of Two Hundred Dollars;
subject to the following conditions; 

That whereas the said Peter Howard has this day  _______
regular term of the court of ordinary for said  county _______
appointed administrator of the estate of Joseph Crowder
deceased--Now should the said Peter Howard for the fully
discharge his duty as such administrator as required by law
then the above bond is to be void else of full force and
virtue. And the said Peter Howard and Joseph Grogan do hereby
waiver and renounce their rights to the benefits of the
exemption provided for in article nine of the constitution of
the State of Georgia and of section four of said article;
except such property as is excepted in section three of said
article as to this bond. 

Given under our hands and seals this the 3rd day of December
1881.

I do solomly  swear that Joseph Crowder deceased died
interstate as far as I know or believe, and that I will well
and truly administrator on all the estate of the said deceased
and disburse the same as the law requires and discharge to the
best of my ability all my duties as administrator, so help me
God.
