Dawson County }   
I David Densmore of said county and state being blessed with
sufficient mind and memory for which I am thankful to Almighty
God, and considering the uncertainty of human life and deeming
it proper both as respects my self and my family that I should
make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence
has blessed me do make this my last will and Testament hereby
revoking all others heretofore made by me. 

Item 1st- I desire and direct that my body be buried in a
Christian like manner according to my circumstances in life. 

Item 2nd- I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Rhoda my whole
estate consisting of all my personal and real estate what ever
it may be at my death to have and to control as she may think
best for self to live on during her natural life. 

Item 3rd- I desire that this will be carried out according to
the above and foregoing items. 

Item 4th- I hereby appoint my beloved sons to wit Samuel M.
Densmore and John B. Densmore Executors to this my Will and
Testament witness my hand and seal this 14th day of Feby. 1874.

Signed sealed delivered and published by David Dinsmore as his
last will and testament in the presence of the under signed
subscribing witnesses who have subscribed our names hereto as
witnesses in presence of said Testator and presence of each
other at the request of the Testator this 14th day of Feby.

Dawson County }       July Term 1874 
Personably came before me in open court at this term of the
court for the purpose of proving the last Will and Testament of
David Densmore deceased late of said county the witnesses to
said will to wit William Burt, James Farraba, and David Ruddle
who being duly sworn by oath depose and say that they saw David
Densmore the Testator sign and publish the foregoing will and
testament on the day and year as then stated as executed by him
that they deponents each and all of them attested and
subscribed said will as witnesses in presence of said Testator-
that said will was executed by the said testator while he was
of sound mind and memory sworn to and subscribed before me the
6th July 1874.

To the ordinary of said county and all whom it may concern I
have this day renounced and do here by renounce all devises and
bequeaths of reality and personalty to me in the foregoing will
and all benefits under the same and do elect to take a child's
part of the real and personal Estate of my Husband David
Densmore the testator in lieu thereof and in lieu of Dower in
said Estate this 15th day August 1874.

I David J. Burt Ordinary of said county do hereby certify that
the foregoing is a true copy of the last will of David Densmore
duly proved in Common form July Term 1874 at a regular term of
court of Ordinary that Samuel M. Densmore name therein duly
qualified before me at the regular September Term of the Court
of Ordinary and to Vest him with full authority to execute said
will I have duly issued to him the letters Testamentary annexed
to said copy of will in testimony where of I the said Ordinary
have unto set my hand and seal of office this 7th day September
1874
