Grogan of said State and county being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last Will and Testament. Item 1st I give bequeath and devise to my wife Manervia J. Grogan, the following property, to wit all of my lands to wit land lots no. 727, 20 acres more or less and 728, 40 acres more or less, and 729 one acre and 768, 40 acres more or less and 769, one acre, 770, 40 acres more or less and 795, 40 acres more or less containing 182 acres more or less and lying and being in the 5th Dist. and 1st. Section of Dawson County, Ga. Item 2nd I give and bequeath all my live stock consisting of one mule and 3 head of cattle or all the cattle and stock that I might have at my death all hogs and so on that might be on the premises at my death and also all notes and money that I might have on hand at my death. All of the fore said property described property in this will I give and bequeath to my wife Maneroy J Grogan her life time and then at her death all the described property to revert to and bee the property of Homer M. Grogan and I will that Homer M. Grogan, have a home on the property all the while and look after his Father and Mother and administer to their needs so for as it is necessary during their life time and at the death of Perry J. Grogan and Manervy J. Grogan, all the described property and property that might be on the premises to be the property of Homer M. Grogan and the Titles of the property to vest in the said Homer M. Grogan. Item 4th I hereby appoint and constitute and appoint my son Herman Grogan Executor of this my last Will and Testament, this the 24 day of May 1923. Perry J. Grogan and in his presence, as did also Raymond Spriggs, in the presence of testator and of each other; the the said Perry J.
