Before me in open court

Know all men by these presents that we Tyre Harbin principal
and Samuel Harbin security are bound unto the ordinary of said
county and his successors in office in the sum of Four Thousand
Dollars for payment of which we bind ourselves our heirs and
assigns jointly and severely  servants with our hands and
sealed with our seals this 2nd day of September 1862. 

The condition of this bond is such that where as Tyre Harbin
has been appointed the temporary  administrator of Nathaniel W.
Harbin now if said Tyre Harbin shall collect and preserve from
waste all the goods chattels effects rights credits and
property of said Nathaniel W Harbin and make a true inventory
of such estate and surrender  up said property with inventory
unto the legal and proper administrator when appointed on
Nathaniel W. Harbin estate then this bond to be void else to
remain in full force.
