Item First= I wish my executor as soon as possible after my death to pay my debts if a sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that which can best be advantageously used for that purpose and I authorize him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit. Item 2nd= I give to my beloved daughters Evva L. Seay and Rella S. Seay the following property to wit; a certain tract of land part of lots No's 85, 86, 5th Dist 2nd Section Dawson County Ga. containing {150} One Hundred and Fifty Acres more or less, commencing at the spring on the public road running to Dawsonville 200 yds or near that from the residence of Danell Say, thence running the spring branch in a ditch to the creek, thence strate on the same line or the same direction to the tops of the mountain to the original line between Daniel Seay and the Dawson Land and Lumber company land, then back to the spring to mark out the north line from the spring up the top of said ridge a Northerly direction to the original line between Daniel Seay and the Dawson Land and Lumber Company known as the J W Ralston Place conveying all my land lying West of said line to Evva S and Rilla Seay my only two daughters. { Item 3rd} The remainder of my real estate sold at public sale or private sale as they choose and the proceeds of this property be equally divided between my sons to wit; R. M. Seay, H. M. Seay, W. J. Seay, D.W. Seay, C.B. Seay and J.L. Seay. Item 4th= After all my debts is paid I want the stock and all other property owned by me at my death sold and the proceeds equally divided between all my heirs. Item 5th= I do hereby appoint my son R. M. Seay executor of this my last Will in Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this 6th day of March 1918. Lawman who being duly sworn says on oath that they signed the will of Daniel Seay dated March 6th 1918 as subscribing witnesses to said Will. J.W. Perry his J.P. Seay do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last Will of the within named Daniel Seay deceased so far as I know and believe, and that I will well and truly execute the same in accordance with the laws of the state so help me God.
