Georgia               Know all men by these presents that I Daniel PONDER
Monroe County         Executor of Joseph MOORE late of Monroe County
                      deceased for divers good causes and considerations 
am (?) hereunto moving have made ordained and appointed Lemuel NEWMAN of 
the County and State aioresaid my attorney for me as executor of the Said 
Joseph MOORE deceased to Sell and dispose of a lot of land number ninety-
one in the fifteenth District of formerly Early now Decatur County and 
for me and in my name Executor as aforesaid to Convey and Execute all and 
every matter and thing necessary to be done for the Sale of the Said lot 
of land on my account and for my use as executor as aforesaid giving and 
granting unto my said attorney full and sole power and authority in and 
about the promises whereby rattifying and confirming all that my Said 
attorney Shall lawfully do by virtue thereof. I witness whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 28th Day of October l833.
