GA) Prominent Decatur County Countian Dies: Last Rites Held Tuesday Funeral services for W. C. Aultman, a prominent Decatur County resident, were held Tuesday afternoon, March 7 at 3 o'clock in the Cox Funeral Chapel. The officiating ministers were the Reverends Gaston Pollock, R. M. Dyches and B.T. Barksdale. Mr. Aultman died March 6 in Memorial Hospital at the age of 71. A resident of Decatur County for the past 48 years, the deceased was engaged in farming. He was serving on the Board of Directors of Three- Notch Rural Electric Membership Co-op and the Board of Stewards of the Brinson Methodist Church of which he was a member. He was a past member of the Decatur County Board of Education and former secretary-treasure of the National Farm Loan Association. The deceased is survived by his wife, the former Fareby Eugenia Harrell; two daughters, Mrs. H. E. Rogers of Camilla and Mrs. D. C. Turner of Green Cove Springs, Fla; two sons, Morris Aultman of Bainbridge and Owen Aultman of Brinson and 10 grandchildren. One sister, Mrs. V.O. Long of Tifton, also survives. Those serving as active pallbearers were: Fred Hatcher, Willie B. McCollum, Homer Yarborough, Graham Bolton, Arthur Reynolds and C. T. Lynn, Jr. A large number of friends and members of the Board of Stewards of the Brinson Methodist Church and Three Notch R.E.A. Board formed an honorary escort.
