The Bainbridge PostSearch Light February 23, 1901 Vol #5, Issue #30 Transcribed by: Denise Smiley Email: smileysattitude@hotmail.com Transcribed by permission from Sam Griffin, Editor Bainbridge PostSearch Light Transcribed on: 10 October 2001 Death In Colquitt Died at his home in Colquitt on Tuesday last a Mr. Henderson of New York, who recently moved to that community. The remains were brought to the city the following day for interrment. Deceased was a son of Mrs. Floyd who was buried here some weeks hence, and leaves a wife and two children who are in New York. The suppposed cause of his death was heart trouble as he was found dead on the steps to his home. The death was a sad one and the relatives have the sympathies of all who are acquainted with the circumstances. Accidentally GunShot Results In Death A negro hand on the J. P. Williams Steamer accidentally shot himself one night this week while pranking with a pistol.
