This file was contributed by: Ina Bohannon ibohannon@jrhoffmanagency.com ==================================================================== From The Bainbridge Post Searchlight March 7, 1963 Mrs. Annie Lou Cooper Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Lou Cooper, 82, of Rt. 2 Bainbridge, were held Sunday, March 3 at Pine Forest Baptist Church at 3 o'clock with the Rev. E.R. Cloud officiating. The deceased, a native and lifetime resident of Decatur County, was a member of the Pine Forest Baptist Church. She died March 1 in Memorial Hospital following a short illness. Her husband was the late Lee Harrison Cooper. She is survived by two daughters and a son. Her daughters are Mrs. Merrill West of Bossier City, La. and Mrs. Myrtice Lane of Bainbridge, and her son is Marvin L. Cooper of Tampa, Fla. Fifteen grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Virtner Dollar of Gainesville, Fla. and several nieces and nephews also survive. Active pallbearers were Marion West, Herbert West, Edward Brooks, Carlton Logue, Dewey Logue and George McNair Burial followed in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Cox Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
