Donalson December 15, 1920 - June 14, 1995 A memorial service for Mrs. Annie Smith Donalson, 74, of Bainbridge was held Friday, June 16, at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Brinkley officiating. Mrs. Donalson died on June 14 in Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala. after a brief illness. She was born in Jackson Bluff, Fla. and resided in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. before coming to Bainbridge 15 years ago. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Her husband was the late George Marcus Donalson. Survivors include one son, Billy Joe Donalson of Conyers; one daughter, Shirley Ann Shannon of Juno, Fla.; two brothers, Ray Smith and David R. Smith, both of Bainbridge; five sisters, Sarah Moore and Betty Sue Yates, both of Brinson, Ruby Barber and Frances Kelley, both of Bainbridge, and Nell Ingram of Reynoldsville; 3 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
