FAIRCLOTH MARCH 7, 1912 - DEC 4, 1997 Funeral services for Elizabeth E. Faircloth, 85, of Whigham, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec 7 at Tired Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Robert D. Conner officiating. Interment will be in Faircloth Cemetery in Whigham with Irvin Eakin, Warren Nelson, Phil Collis, Ronnie Johnson, B. J. Faircloth and Bruce Bishop acting as pall bearers. Mrs. Faircloth died Thursday, Dec. 4, at her home. Born in Decatur County, her parents were the late Ben and Mattie Byrd Faircloth. She lived most of her life in Grady County where she was a housewife and a member of Tired Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Marvin Faircloth. Survivors include two sons, Tommy Faircloth of Cairo and Vann Faircloth of Whigham; five grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 6, 7-9 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Cairo. Clark is in charge of arrangements.
