HARRELL MISSING IN ACTION T/Sgt John M. Harrell of the 106th Infantry has been missing in action in Germany since December 16. His wife, Mrs. Ruth E. Harrell of Rt. 3 Bainbridge, Ga., has been informed by the War Department. He entered service in 1940, receiving most of his training at Fort Jackson, S.C. Prior to going overseas in October he was stationed for a few months at Camp Atterbury, Ind. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Levi P. Harrell and attended the Mt. Pleasant School. He has a 6 months old son, John Wayne, and his sisters are Mrs. Grady Adams, Mrs. Iona Dean and Miss Claree Harrell. He also has two brothers, Robert and Marion Harrell.
