This file was contributed by: Brenda King McNair Bmcnair614@aol.com ==================================================================== Mildred Jackson June 9, 1927 - March 16, 1997 Funeral services for Mildred Jackson, 69, of Bainbridge, were held Tuesday, March 18, 1997, at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Decatur County with the Rev. Michael Woodham officiating. Interment was in Mount Olive Baptist Church Cemetery, with Mike Wimberly, Stanley Cloud, Jimmy Jackson, Danny Cloud, Donnie Southall, and Randy Wimberly serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Jackson died March 16 at Memorial Manor in Bainbridge after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Decatur County and had lived in Bainbridge and Decatur County all of her life. She was the daughter of the late Noah and Florrie Cloud. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and was married to the late Grady Jackson. She was a member of the Mount Olive Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Jerry Jackson of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Malynda J. Barber of Bainbridge; two brothers, Benny Cloud and Bobby Cloud of Bainbridge; three sisters, Myrtice Valentin, Margaret Jackson and Vennie Wimberly, all of Bainbridge, and two grandchildren.
