ELMO KENDRICK MISSING IN ACTION IN BELGIUM Mr. and Mrs. Gordon H. Kendrick of this city have been informed by the War Department that their son, Pfc. Gordon Elmo Kendrick has been missing in action in Belgium since December 24, 1944. Private Kendrick has been in the service for the past two years and has been in overseas duty with a tank destroyer unit since June 1944. He graduated from the West Bainbridge High School and later attended Middle Georgia College at Cochran, Ga. Before entering the service he was employed at the First State National Bank.
