This file was contributed by: Brenda King McNair < bmcnair614@aol.com> ============== Mrs. Louera King Dies; Last Rites Held Funeral Services for Mrs. Louera Cloud King, 78, of Route 2, Bainbridge, were held Sunday afternoon, 29th September at 4 P.M. at the Mount Olive Baptist Church With interment following in the Mount Olive Cemetery. The Rev. Emmett Cloud and the Rev. E. E. O'Neal officiated. Mrs. King died Saturday, September 28th following an illness of several weeks. She was a native and lifelong resident of Decatur County and was a member of the Mount Gilead Freewill Baptist Church. Surviving her is one son Ralph King of Detroit, Michigan; three daughter, Mrs. E. E. Cummerford, Mrs. Noah Cloud, and Mrs. J. A. Douglas, all of Bainbridge and four sisters, Mrs. D.M. Griffin, Mrs. Gussie King, and Mrs. W. T. Cox also of Bainbridge, and Mrs. J. A. Ivey of Donalsonville. Active pallbearers were Albert Griffin; Bernard Cumbie, George Loyless, Garland Loyless, C. J. Bennett and Don Matthews. Ivey Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
