M. from Mount Olive Baptist Church. Interment followed in the Mount Olive Cemetery with Rev. E. R. Cloud and Rev. Howard Tillery officiating. Mrs. King passed away suddenly on November 1 in Bainbridge. She was a native of Alabama but had lived most of her life in Bainbridge. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Corene Bennett of Bainbridge: two sisters: Mrs. D. M. Griffin of Bartow, Florida and Mrs. Ethel Cox of Bainbridge; two grandchildren, Charles Bennett and Carolyn Hilton of Bainbridge; and three great-grandchildren; Doyle Hilton, and John Bennett and Paul Bennett, all of Bainbridge. Active pallbearers were Earl King, Nolen Cloud, Jimmy Donalson, Kenneth Rentz, Curtis Wascaser and Brewster King. Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
