Mrs. King was born in Donalsonville September 9, 1964, and had lived in Jakin all of her life. She was a homemaker and attended Iron City Church of God. Funeral service for Mrs. King was held Saturday, April 11, at 2;00 P.M. from the chapel of Edsel W. Bryan Funeral Home with Rev. J. H. Moss and Rev. Tommy Toth officiating. Interment was in Springfield Church Cemetery in Jakin. Pallbearers were David Love, Ed Berry, David Frith, Steven Frith, Eric Gaulden and Eugene Faircloth. Survivors include her parents, Clifford N. and Wynell Love Murkerson, Jakin; one brother, Ronnie F. Murkerson, Jakin; one sister, Mrs. Sandra K. Wright, Pansey, Alabama; and her paternal grandfather, Clarence Murkerson, Jakin. Edsel W. Bryan Funeral Services, Donalsonville, was in charge of arrangements. Sheila L. King died 07 April 1987 in Fulton County, Georgia. She was 22 years old. Death certificate number is 012917. Her last residence was listed as Early County, Georgia.
