W. Loyless of West Bainbridge. Mrs. Minnie Cloud Loyless, 76, of West Bainbridge, died Thursday, October 9th, after a long illness. Daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. William Cloud of Decatur County, she was a lifetime resident of this community. Her husband was the late George W. Loyless of West Bainbridge. She is survived by two sons, George W. Loyless and James W. Loyless of West Bainbridge, and four daughters, Mrs. J. H. Evans of West Bainbridge, Mrs. N. B. Cumbie of Bainbridge, Mrs. J. T. McLendon of Blakely, and Mrs. Mattie Lou Beard of Columbus. Also surviving are two brothers P. G. Cloud and J. H. Cloud, both of Bainbridge, and five sisters, Mrs. W. T. Cox, Mrs. Jim King, Mrs. W. H. King, and Mrs. D. M. Griffin of Bainbridge, and Mrs. Gus Ivey of Donalsonville. Funeral services were held from the West Bainbridge Baptist Church Friday afternoon at 3:30 P. M. with the Reverend Drew Floyd, Reverend Henry Taylor Reverend B. T. Barksdale officiating. Interment was in Oak City Cemetery. Active Pallbearers were C. J. Bennett, Tommy Cloud, W. C. Ivey, John Ivey, D. C. Cox, and Laymond Cloud. Ivey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Minnie Electra Bertie Cloud born 09 October 1876 Decatur Co., GA died 09 October 1952. She was the daughter of William Cloud and Mary Lou Baston. Minnie Cloud and George Washington Loyless were married 14 July 1905 Decatur Co., GA Book E, Page 5.
