Trudie Faircloth

Mrs. Trudie C. Faircloth, 70, of 1825 Spring Circle, Columbus, died Tuesday at 
St. Francis Hospital.

The funeral and burial will be 3 P. M. Saturday at Calvary Assembly of God in 
Bainbridge, GA, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road Chapel. 

Mrs. Faircloth was born July 17, 1907, in Decatur County, Ga., daughter of Mr. 
and Mrs. Charlie H. Cloud.  She had lived in Columbus most of her life and was 
a member of the Grace Baptist Church.  She was retired from Swift Manufacturing 
Company.

Survivors include her husband, George L.; a daughter, Mrs. Juliette Waller, 
Manchester; a son, David Faircloth, New Orleans, La.; a sister, Mrs. Della 
Thurman, Thomaston; two brothers, J. C. Cloud of Columbus and Lindsey Cloud of 
Donalsonville; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Trudie C. Cloud was born 17 July 1907 in Decatur Co., GA and died 24 January 
1978 in Columbus, Muscogee Co., GA, daughter of Charles Henry Cloud and Julia 
H. King.  She married George L. Faircloth.
