Bainbridge Post Search Light    April 1923
Mrs. Lula Dean Dies Sunday
                                                                                
     The sad news of the death of Mrs.
Lula Dean, wife of Mr. W.R. Dean, 
reached Bainbridge soon after she 
passed away in her home, twelve miles
North of Bainbridge, on the Vada
road, at noon Sunday.
    Mrs Dean was ill only one week and 
her death came as a great and terrible
shock to her relatives and many friends.
The deceased is survived by her husband, 
three daughters, and seven sons. They are:
the Misses: Verline, Myrtle, Ruby and
Messrs: Malvin, Roy, Gordon, Alton, Lloy,
Barney and Dwey Dean. Mrs. Dean was born in 
Grady County and was forty years of age. 
Interment, conducted by Ulmer Undertaking 
Company, was Monday morning at ten o'clock 
in the cemetery at Prosperity Church. Deep
sympathy is extended the family in its sorrow.
