Bainbridge Post Searchlight, December 7, 1939
Funeral services were held Friday, December 1 at the Bell View Church for Mr. 
William Andrew Lynn, 44, of this city, who died Friday November 29, at 7:30 
o'clock after an illness of three days.  His death was attributed to pneumonia.

He is survived by his wife, five daughters, Mrs. Jessie Massey, of Colquitt, 
Mrs. Emmett Sheffield, Colquitt, Mrs. Elmer Merkinson of this city, and Misses 
Annette Lynn and Yvonne Lynn, five sons, William, L. E., Felton, Ellis and 
Lawton Lynn.

The Rev. Graham Oglesby of Albany, Ga., officiated at the services and 
interment was made in the Bell View Cemetery.

The following gentlemen served as active pallbearers: Messrs. Buck White, A. E. 
Smith, Lon Nix, T. J. Cloud, C. J. Dixon, and R. L. Love.
