SIMS Mrs. Emma Sims, aged 64 years, died at the home of her son, Mr. Thomas Sims, on Reed street, at an early hour yesterday morning. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. O.F. Cook, were held at the house at 7 o’clock in the evening. The body was taken to Bainbridge on the early morning train to be inferred in the family burial lot. Mrs. Sims was a woman of lovely Christina character. The esteem in which she was held in Waycross was evidenced by the large number of friends who came to pay their last tribute of respect. The floral offerings were numerous and beautiful. The funeral arrangements were in charge of Mr. H. Lester Marvil.
