Martin State of Georgia, County of Decatur In the name of God, Amen; I, G.J. Martin, of said State and County, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others by me heretofore made. Item I. I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner, suitable to my circumstances and condition in life. Item II. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Fannie, all of my property, both real and personal, that I may die possessed of including lands, livestock, household and kitchen furniture, farming implements, farm products and supplies, money on hand or on deposit or elsewhere, all chosen in action and all rights and property of whatsoever nature owned by me at my death, or that I may have any interest in. Item III. I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, Fannie, the said executrix of this my Last Will and testament, and expressly confer upon her the power as such executrix to carry out the bequests herein set forth without giving and bond or making any returns to any Court or tribunal and to dispose of the property herein devised at her will as her own property in Fee Simple.
