Powell, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made. It is my desire to be buried in a Christian likemanner and that all my just debts be paid. I give, bequeath and devise to my friend, Setha J. Smith of 223 West College Street, Bainbridge, Georgia, all my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever found and whatsoever consisting and including all remainders and reversions and future estates, to be here absolutely and in fee simple. I hereby make, constitute and appoint W. W. Emanuel the sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, excusing and relieving him from giving bond and from making any returns to the Court of Ordinary or to any other Court whatsoever.
