This Indenture made this twenty second
day of October in the year of our lord one thousand
eight hundred and Eighteen, and in the (the) forty
third and forty fourth year of the Independance of
America Between Malachi Hagin of the County of
Bullock of the one part and John Everitt of the County
and state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that
the said Malachi Hagin for and in the sum of one
hundred dollars to the said Malachi Hagin in hand
paid by The said John Everitt at the Sealing of these
presents, the Receipt where of is here by ackowledged
Hath granted bargained sold and Conveyed unto the
said John Everitt his heirs and asigns forward
That track or parcel of Land Containing fifty acres 
more or less lying and being in the State and County
aforesaid being part of a tract of three hundred acres
granted to John Hagin, on Spring Creek (Bound ?) (Branch?)
Bound by John Hagin Now John Everitt and Robert
Powels Land Together with all and Singular the rights, members and appertenances to have and to hold
The said tract or parcel of land all and Singular
the primecies aforesaid with there and Every of
there rights members and Appertenances unto the
Said John Everitt his heirs and Assigns to his
there own proper use  and behoof forever and the
Said Malachi Hagin Do Warrant to and defend
the bargained primicis onto the Said John Everitt
his heirs and assigns against the Claims of any person 
or persons whatever In Witness Whereof the said

          Malachi Hagin have here unto set
his hand and seal the day and yeare above 
written
