Whereas William Wright Guardian of Mary F., James H. and Frances S. Ragan 
minors of William Ragan dec. has made it appear to the court that it will be 
greatly to the interest of said minors to sell a certain lot of land lyning in 
Paulding County 3rd District 3rd Section #1130 and given in and known as wild 
land and containing 40 acres more or less granted W.R. Webster Ordinary
