This Indenture made this Twenty eighth day of July one thousand eight hundred and

sixty two. Between Jesse Spear of the County and State aforesaid of the one part
and Lewis W. Spear of the County of DeKalb in the State of Georgia of the other
part witnesseth that the said Jesse Spear for and in Consideration of the sum 
four hundred Dollars in hand paid out and before the sealing and the delivery of 
these present the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted,
bargained, Sold and Conveyed and by these grant, bargain, Sell and convey unto
the said Lewis W. Spear his heirs and assigns all the Tract or parcel of Land
Situated lying and being in the County of DeKalb adjoining land of Melton and
others Containing five Acres of Said land lot No 177 North West and of the north
half of Said lot 177 one hundred and seventy seven fifteenth district Henry now
DeKalb to have and to hold Said tract or parcel of land unto him the Said Lewis
W. Spear 
his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the rights, members and
appurtenances thereof to the same in any maner belonging to his and there own 
proper use benefit and behalf forever in fee Simple and the said Jesse Spear for 

himself his heirs, Executors and Administration the said bargained premises unto 
the Said Lewis W. Spear his heirs and assign will warrent and for ever defend
the rights and title thereof against themselves and against the Claim of all other
 
persons whatsoever In Witness whereof the Said Jesse Spear hath hereunto Set his 
hand and Seal the day and year above written
