Age 83, of Lake Worth, Florida died on April 15, 2003.  Mr. Delk was born on  
August 12, 1919 in Decatur, Georgia to Albert Jackson, Sr. and Addie Lucille  
(Fowler) Delk.  He came to this area in 1929 from Georgia.  Mr. Delk was of  
Baptist faith and was a fisherman at heart.  He was a master machinist and  
inventor and was a US Army veteran serving during WWII. 
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy (Horne) Delk of Lake Worth, FL  one  
daughter, Diane (Mark) Nance of Lakeland, FL  and two grandsons: Sean and  
Justin Boswell.  Also surviving are two sisters: Carolyn Freeman of  
Jacksonville, FL  and Virginia Copeland of West Palm Beach FL  and one brother,  
George Barry of St Petersburg Fl. 
Inurnment is private to the family.  The family requests that memorials be amde  
in his memory to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm  
Beach, Fl. 33417 Boynton Memorial Chapel 
