I Isam H. Ragan of said state and county being week in body and knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right and proper ? as respects my family and myself that I should make a disposition of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me do therefore make this my Last Will and Testament hereby revolking all others hencetofore made by me. Item 1. I desire and decree that all my just debts be paid. Item 2. I give bequeth and devise to my sister Jane wife of George F. Smith of Walton County three fourths of Lot Land No. 14 Fourteen in the fourteenth district of originally Henry now Fulton County to his and her bodily heirs free from the debt or claim and control of her present husband or any future husband. Item 3. I give bequeth and devise to my sister Sarah A. wife of Stephen S. Smith of Walton Countyone fourth of said land in the fourteenth Dist of originally Henry now Fulton County to his and her bodily heirs free from the debts claims controls of her present husband or any furture husband or any other person they having the right to divide. Item 4. I give and bequeath and devise to my nephew William England all my claim in one hundred acres of land in Walton County owned by my Mother and deeded to her children my brother Josiah H. Ragan to hold the same for said William England till he is twenty one year of age trade with in such a way as to make it of most advantage to William England. Item 5. I give and bequeath devise to my wife, C.J. Ragan all of the ballance of my property and effects to own and hold the same for her own use and, Item 6. I here by appoint C.J.
