N. Parkerson, 81, who died at her home on Page Street early Tuesday morning, were conducted this afternoon at 4 o'clock in the First Baptist Church, with Rev. Max O'Neal and Rev. Bobbye Moye officiating. Mrs. Parkerson, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Parkerson, was born in Dodge County February 5, 1875. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. Surviving are three daughter, Mrs. C. W. McCranie and Mrs. S. E. Bowen, both of Eastman; Mrs. M. B. Burnete, of Memphis, Tenn.; seven sons, W. D. Parkerson, of Cadwell; Bartow Parkerson, Theo Parkerson, Harry Parkerson, Hermit and Bernis Parkerson, all of Eastman; four brothers, J. E. Peacock of Jacksonville, Florida; Math Peacock and C. D. Peacock, of Eastman, and Rev. A. T. Peacock, of Chadbourn, N. C; a sister, Mrs. Mollie Brown, of Eastman; 24 grandchildren, several great- and great-great-grandchildren. Rendering sacred selections were Mr. and Mrs. Alton Mullis, Willard Mullis and J. T. Mullis. Mrs. Robert Lewis was accompanist. Gerald Parkerson, Charles Parkerson, Bill Rawlins, Bartow Parkerson, Lamar Daniels and Don Parkerson served as pallbearers. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, with Stokes-Southerland Funeral Home in charge.
