Phillips Kills His Wife

Eastman, Ga., April 1 - W.J. Phillips, a man of good family, yesterday shot and
killed his wife, who was in a delicate condition.  The tragedy occurred 9 miles
from Eastman.  They had been separated two months.  She had refused to live with
him.  Phillips is still at large.
