Willcox, Sr., Age 79, of Eastman was held February 28 from the graveside in Woodlawn Cemetery with Rev. Charles Robinson officiating. Mr. Willcox died February 26 in Taylor Regional Hospital. A native of Dodge County, he was a member of New Daniels Baptist Church, a retired farmer and rancher, a member of the Woodmen of the World, Dodge County Farm Bureau and a former board member of Ocmulgee EMC. He was the son of the late James B. Willcox and Mattie Thompson Willcox and was preceded in death by two brothers, John D. Willcox and Jimmy Lee Willcox. Survivors include his wife, Marguerite Brown Willcox of Eastman; one son, Thomas J. Willcox, Jr. (Debbie) of Warner Robins; one grandson, Christopher Tyler Willcox of Warner Robins; two sister-in-laws, Polly Willcox and Jackie Willcox, both of Eastman; several nieces and nephews.
