Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Mrs. Wilcox died July 10 in Dodge County Hospitl. Born in Toombs County, she hd lived in Dodge County since 1947. She was a member of Eastman First Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for 45 years and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Alex Smith and Cleo Jones Smith and widow of Jimmy Lee Willcox ., Sr. Survivors include a daughter, Carole Willcox Haynes (Gary) of Lake Hartwell; a son, Jim Lee Willcox, Jr. (Marilyn) of Kennessaw; sister, Gwen Smith of Lyons; brother, Max Smith of Glennville; four grandchildren, Jackie Williams, Tori Haynes, Monica Marra and Jim Willcox, III; three great-grandchildren, Randi Carole Thomason, Mason Williams and Tony Marra; devoted friend, Juanita Hall Barbar Den is musician for the funeral service. Pallbearers are jim Culpepper, Mitchell Coffee , Mitch Coffee and Milton Harrison. In lieu of floers, the family request contributions to the donor's favorite charity or church. Stokes-Southerland funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
