Wheeler of the same place of the other part, Witnesseth that the said Nancy J, Wheeler for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred dollars to her in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is thereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and does by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Richard J. Wheeler his heirs and assigns all of the half of the lot of land lying on the north side Turkey Creek and being in the second district of Said County known and distinguished by lot number One hundred & eighteen and also all of the lot number One hundred and thirty nine on the same side of the above said creek of the same county and aforesaid district with all the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the afore described parcels of land unto him the said Richard J. Wheeler his heirs and assigns together with all the rights members and appurtenances to the said parcel of land in any wise belonging to his and their own proper use benefit-and behalf forever in fee simple. And the said Nancy Wheeler for herself her heirs executors & administrators the said bargained premises together with the right title and possession thereof unto the said Richard J. Wheeler his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whatever. In testimony whereof the said Nancy Wheeler hath hereunto set her hand affixed her seal the day and year first above written . Signed Sealed and delivered in presence of us Nancy Wheeler (LS) J. F.
