Dooly County Farmer Dies at Sandersville of Unusual Complaint.

Sandersville, Ga., December 31-
W. L. Dixon,of Richwood, 58, who was brought to a local sanitarium for an 
operation last Friday, died at an early hour this morning.  Surgeons in 
attendance stated that it was one of very few operations of its kind that had 
been performed in several years, a cyst in the bladder, and pratically unknown 
in many of the medical fraternity.  He was a well-known farmer of Dooly 
county.  He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. E. F. Howard, of 
Fitzgerald; six sons, W. L. Dixon, of Irwinton, representative of Wilkinson 
county; B. A., Fred, Eddie, George and William Dixon, of Richwood, Ga.  Funeral 
will be held Monday afternoon from the Baptist church at Richwood with 
interment in that city.
