Former Tax Receiver of Dooly Co. Found Dead in Courthouse.

Vienna, Ga., June 12-
Z. T. Penny, formerly tax receiver of this county, and for six terms clerk of 
the superior court, was found dead at the courthouse this afternoon.  He had 
been in bad health for some time, and was subject to epileptic seizures, and 
his sudden death is supposed to have been superinduced by one of these attacks.
He leaves a wife and six children, one of whom is the wife of Judge W. H. 
Lassiter, of this city.
