Item 1st I desire and direct that my body be buried in a decent and Christianlike manner suitable to my circumstances and condition, my soul I trust shall return to rest with God who gave it as I hope for eternal salvation through the blessed Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ whose religion I have professed and as I humbly trust enjoyed for fifty years. Item 2nd I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid without delay by my executor hereinafter named as I am unwilling my creditors should be delayed of the rights especially as there is no necessity for delay. Item 3rd I have already given my first set of children an equal part of my property which they have received. I furthermore give to each and every one of my first set of children five dollars, to each one of them, therefore I give and devise to my beloved wife Winny and her ten children during her widowhood, with whom I have lived in the strictest quiet and love for twenty-seven years lot of land No. seventy-nine in the twelth district of Wilcox County, originally Dooly, containing two hundred and two and one-half acres with all the rights, members and appertanances to said lot of land in anywise appertaining or belonging free from all charges or limitation whatever to their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever, I also give and bequeath to my wife and her ten children in the same unreserved manner all of my horses, cattle and stock of all kind without reserve or limitations.
