GeorgiaDougherty County:For and in consideration of the agreement of S. R. Weston and H. H. Nelms of said county and state to pay my indebtedness to S. J. Coleman & Co. of Macon Geo. and my indebtedness to S. R. Weston and B. F. Wilder also of said county, which said debts are both secured by mortgages heretofore given them on which there is now due about the sum of fifty five hundred dollars.For the consideration aforesaid I hereby bargain, sell and convey to said S. R. Weston and H. H. Nelms thirty three mules and three horses, now on the Davis and Tallahassee places in said county, all of the farming utensils, wagons parts? all of the corn and fodder and their crops on said places, all horses, buggies and personal property of all kinds on said places or elsewhere owned by me also the stock of goods, wares and merchandize now in my store at Ducker's Station including notes and accounts growing out of the business of said store.Also all safes at said store and one horse and one mule and one one horse wagon, or elsewhere owned by me in fee simple to the said S. R. Weston and H. H. Nelms, their heirs and assigns.In witness whereof, I herunto set my hand and seal this 18th day of December 1884.In presence ofThomas A. Janes N.P.                         D. E.
