Irvin of the County of Baker of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Nelson Tift for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold aliened conveyed and confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell alien, convey and confirm unto the said Samuel D. Irvin his heirs and assigns all that two acres of land described as follows viz; commencing at a point on the north line of Jackson Street and eighty feet from the north east corner of a lott number twenty six on a street to be called Society Street which street is to be eighty feet wide, and from this beginning courses a line running north on the said western line of Jackson Street, four hundred and twenty feet crossing the north line of the corporation of Albany about three hundred and eighty feet on tolot of land 325 in the first 1st district of Baker County and from thence west two hundred and ten feet and from thence south four hundred and twenty feet to said Society Street and from thence two hundred and ten feet west to the first beginning corner. To have and to hold the said described land with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Samuel D. Irvin his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple; and the said Nelson Tift the said bargained, described land unto the said Samuel D. Irvin his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, against the said Nelson Tift his heirs executors and administrators, and against all and every other person or persons shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In witness whereof the said Nelson Tift hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal and delivered these presents the day and year above written.
