Wallace of the same place, and Josephus D. Wallace of Volusia County and State of Florida, both of the second part witnesseth: That the said William Wallace for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which he has and bears for his said two sons, Albert M. and Josephus D. and the sum ov ten dollars, by each of them paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant, bargain, convey and give unto the said Albert M. and Josephus D. all of Lot of Land No (86) Eighty Six in the first District of Dougherty County Georgia containing 250 acres more or less on the following terms, divisions and limitations: that is that the said Albert M. is to have one (100) hundred acres on the North side of said lot, the south line of which 100 acres is to be run east & west across the entire lot. And in the event said Albert M. should die without wife or child then said land is to go to the said Josephus D. or his the said Josephus D's. heirs. And all the balance of said lot south of said One hundred acres is hereby decreed to the said Josephus D. & his heirs and assigns. Provided that the title herein conveyed and made shall not take effect and become of force & effect until the death of said William Wallace and his wife who are to own, use and enjoy said land free of rent or charge so long as they both or either of them live. And for the considerations aforesaid the said William Wallace, do hereby grant, convey and give to the said Albert M. and Josephus D. after the payment of the debts due by said William Wallace out of the same, all the personal property owned by him at his death of whatever kind & wherever found- equally share & share alike With the exception that the said Josephus D. Wallace or his heirs shall first have One hundred dollars out of said personal property before the said Albert M. begins with him in the equal division of the same. The personal property herein conveyed is to be held by the said William Wallace & his wife and by the said Albert M. under all the limitations hereinbefore set forth as to the real estate. To have and to hold the said land and personal property to them the said Albert M. and Josephus D. as limitted and set forth in this deed only in fee simple.
