Wallace, of the county of Dougherty & state of Georgia of the one part and Margaret E. Johnson of the county of Dougherty and State of Georgia of the other part, Witnesseth, that the said Josephus D. Wallace, for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and thirty five dollars, to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained & sold and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Margaret E. Johnson her heirs and assigns all and singular, all that lot or parcel of land know & described as follows: One hundred (100) acres on the North side of lot number eighty six (86) in the first district of Dougherty County, Georgia, the same being the one hundred acres of said lot number 86 in the first district of said county deeded to A. M. Wallace by his Father William Wallace, with the limitation that if said A. M. Wallace should die without wife or children then the said described one hundred acres of said lot no. 86 should go to Josephus D. Wallace which will appear in said Wm Wallaces deed recorded in record of deeds Book No. 6 page 771, clerks office in Dougherty Superior Court and the said A. M. Wallace having died without having wife or children & the said land having reverted to Josephus D. Wallace. The same to have and to hold unto the said Margaret E. Johnson her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. And the said Josephus D. Wallace by these presents binds himself, his heirs, Executors and administrators to warrant and defend the titles of said lot of land to the said Margaret E. Johnson her heirs and assigns against himself and against the claims of all other persons whatsoever. In witness whereof the said Josephus D.
