Allen FAIRCLOTH Davis FAIRCLOTH - He was wounded at Fort Sumter, South Carolina November 12, 1862 at died at a Savannah, Georgia Military hospital. D. C. FAIRCLOTH William A. FAIRCLOTH Frederick FISHER - Bugler. He enlisted and was appointed Musician of Company L, 38th Regiment Georgia Infantry April 29, 1862. HAYWOOD - He was wounded at The Battle of Olustee, Florida, February 20,1864. Private Haywood died of wounds in Charleston, South Carolina hospital July 9, 1864. W. R. HAYWOOD G. W. HELMS - Records indicate he died of typhoid fever in C.S.A. General Hospital # 4, at Wilmington, North Carolina March 14, 1864. Judge W. HELMS - He was wounded at The Battle of Olustee, Florida, February 20, 1864. Records show that he surrendered at Greensboro, North Carolina , April 26, 1865. A Judge W. Helms, age 9, is listed in the home of Charles and Holly Helms in the 1850 Muscogee County, Georgia Census. M. R. HELMS, enlisted May 15,1862. M. R. was admitted to C.S.A. General Hospital #4, at Wilmington, North Carolina December 29, 1862. He died and is buried at Wilmington, North Carolina. A Milus Helms, age 20, is listed in the home of Charles and Holly Helms in the 1850 Muscogee County, Georgia Census Sampson Dawster HELMS, enlisted December 11, 1862 at Savannah. Georgia. Sampson was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, May 7, 1824. He came to Georgia with his parents in about 1836 and married Missouri Caroline Parker on December 24, 1846, Stewart County, Georgia. Moved to Barbour County, Alabama in 1858. Sampson moved to Bowie County, Texas in 1867 and received a Confederate Pension from the State of Texas (File 5656). He died March 23, 1902 in Bowie County, Texas, and is buried at Center Ridge Cemetery, Maud Texas. S. A. HERRINGTON - He was wounded at Bentonville, North Carolina March 25, 1865. Records show he surrendered at Greensboro, North Carolina April 26,1865. F. HICKEY J. HICKEY W. C. INGRAM - Records indicate he "died of disease." J. L. JACKSON R. C. JACKSON W. A.
