He will play from 10:45 to 11 o'clock. A graduate of Albany High School, Mr. Reid has come to Albany to attend the 50th reunion of his class today. Following high school graduation, Mr. Reid received his bachelor of music degree from Syracuse University and his master of arts degree from Columbia University. He has served as musical director and conductor for the Brooklyn Light Opera Company in Brooklyn, NY and as choral director at Radio City Music Hall. He has appeared in Carnegie Hall and Town Hall, accompanying singers of the Metropolitan Opera and City Center Opera Companies. Mr. Reid now is the choral and general music director at Thompson Junior High School in Middletown, NJ and organist and director of music at the First United methodist Church, Bradley Beach, NJ.
