Richardson, 62, veteran Albany Herald linotype operator, died at Phoebe Putney Hospital at 1:23 a.m. today. He had been in ill health for several months. Mr. Richardson had been an employee of The Herald's composing room for 19 years. He worked for the Waycross Journal Herald for 12 years. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the First Baptist Church in Hawkinsville. The Rev. Max O'neal will officiate. Interment will be in Orange Hill Cemetery in Hawkinsville with Woodall Funeral Home of Albany in charge of arrangements. Mr. Richardson was born in Pulaski County. He was a resident of 1150 Dawson Rd. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Elks Club of Waycross, American Legion Post 30 and was a World War I veteran. Survivors include his wife, the former Miss Thelma Bailey of Hawkinsville; three brothers, H. G. Richardson, Hawkinsville, C. L. Richardson, Marietta; S. L. richarson, Macon; four sisters, Mrs. J. F. Lee, Mrs James McGriff, Mrs George Grimstead all of Hawkinsville, Mrs. J. P. Pollock, Albany and a number of nieces and nephews
