Clara Nell {Peggy} Evans - passed away 1/18/1978
The funeral service of Mrs. Clara Nell {Peggy} Evans, 39, of Sylvester, who died Wednesday,
will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. in the Hall and Hall Funeral Home chapel.  Internment 
will follow in Sardis Cemetery.
Mrs. Evans, a native of Albany, had lived in Sylvester two years.  She was an employee of 
Coats & Clark.
Survivors include her husband, Bennie Evans, Sylvester; Five sons, Arthur Wisham, Bennie Evans Jr., 
Dale Evans, Michael Evans and Raymond Evans, all of Sylvester; four daughters, Mrs. Patricia Ann Smith, 
Miss Mary Evans, Miss Jan Evans and Miss Gloria Evans, all of Sylvester; her mother, 
Mrs. Annie Pearl Rogers, Worth County; two sisters, Mrs. Majorie Crutchfield, Worth County and 
Mrs, Agnes Fisher, Moultrie; seven brothers, Rufus Rogers, Bill Rogers, and Alton Rogers, all of Albany, 
Eldridge Rogers, Columbus, Joe Rogers, Poulan, James Rogers, Worth County and Eugene Rogers, Texas, 
and three grandchildren
