Date of Death: November 29, 2006  

Jacqueline Annette Martin Alston, 65, of Albany, died Wednesday, November 29, 
2006 at her residence. The funeral service will be held at 2 PM Friday at 
Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God with Rev. Eddie Adams and Rev. John Price 
officiating. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. 

A native of Atlanta, Mrs. Alston had lived in Albany for most of her life and 
was a homemaker. She was a member of Victory Tabernacle Assembly of God where 
she was a prayer partner, volunteered in the nursery, and for a number of years 
worked at the church as a custodian. She also worked as a sitter with elderly 
and terminally ill patients. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Alston; her mother, Vera 
Ellington; and a granddaughter, Cadarina Price. Mrs. Alston is survived by 
three sons: Bill Price and his wife Pam of Albany, Rev. John Price and his wife 
Selina of Reidsville, and Michael Price of Reidsville; two daughters: Melissa 
Vaglienti and her husband Eric of Sylvester and Dawn Musgrove of Albany; a 
brother, Gary Ellington and his wife Kim of Albany; and ten grandchildren. The 
family will receive friends Thursday from 6 PM until 8 PM at Kimbrell-Stern 
Funeral Directors.
