Her funeral service will be WEDNESDAY 10 AM at Floral Memory Gardens. Mrs. Arrowood was born at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS, and had lived in Albany since 1960. She attended Dougherty High School, and graduated from Struma High School in Baton Rouge, LA. She retired from Bell South in 1997. Mrs. Arrowood was a member of the Methodist faith, and she was talented and skilled in designing and working with handicrafts, also teaching crocheting and needlecraft. She made caps for cancer patients undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Mrs. Arrowood is survived by her husband: James W. Arrowood, Sylvester, a son: William Ross Arrowood, Tallahassee; a brother: Rex Minnier, Baton Rouge, LA; a sister: Debbie Snider, Albany; 1 nephew: James Giddens, Macon; 2 nieces: Ashley and Allison Snider, Albany.
