Hon. Lewis Arnheim, representative in the legislature from Dougherty County, 
died at the home of his father-in-law, Hon. David Mayer, in Atlanta last Sunday 
of consumption.  Mr. Arnheim came from Germany in 1868, and from a penniless 
boy he worked himself up to a good lawyer and able legislator.  The Georgia 
legislature has lost one of its brightest members.
