Date of Death: December 25, 2006  

Mr. Gaines Bell 85 of *** Hawkstead Dr. in Leesburg, GA died December 25, 2006 
at Palmyra Nursing Home.A native of LaGrange, GA, 

Mr. Bell has lived in Albany since 1927 where he was a member of Providence 
Assembly of God and retired form Albany Amusement Co. Mr. Bell was a member of 
the Moose Club, American Legion Post 30. He was also a life member and hall of 
Fame of the Albany Bowling Association, Georgia State Bowling Association and 
the Southeastern Bowling Association. 

Survivors include his sons, Carl Young Bell and his wife Sue of Orlando, FL, 
James Michael Bell of Chattanooga, TN and Paul Gaines Bell and his wife Candy 
of Albany, grandson, Ladd Davis and his wife Suzy of Albany, great-grandchild, 
Morgan Davis 

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:30 PM till 8:30 PM at Kimbrell-
Stern and will be at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Paul G. Bell, 172 Hawkstead 
Dr. Leesburg, GA 31763.The funeral service will be Thursday 11 AM at Providence 
Assembly of God Church. Rev. Mike Lawson and Rev. Chuck Smith officiating. 
Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
