Date of Birth: December 10, 1913  
Date of Death: November 14, 2005  

Mrs. Hilda Peed Bishop, 91 of Albany died November 14, 2005 at Phoebe Putney 
Memorial Hospital. A native of Macon Co., GA, Mrs. Bishop had lived in Albany 
since 1948, where she was a member of First United Methodist Church and was 
retired from the City of Albany Finance Department in 1978. Mrs. Bishop enjoyed 
gardening and working in her yard. 

Survivors include her daughter, Patty Bishop Belt of Albany, grandson, Dylan 
Bishop Belt of Memphis, TN, brother, Wicker Peede and his wife Carolyn of 
Lumber City, sisters-in-law, Marlene Spann Peede of Jesup, Jeanette Halstead 
Peede of Ellaville, number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Bishop was preceded in 
death by her husband John Harry Bishop. Those desiring please make memorials to 
First United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 448, Albany, GA 31702. 

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Kimbrell-
Stern.The funeral service will be Monday 11 AM at Floral Memory Gardens 
Cemetery. Rev. Michael A. McAfee officiating.
